Kim Jureckson is a keen observer of the human body and how it moves. As a seasoned dancer, teacher, and choreographer, she has worked with students of all ages helping them to develop body awareness, grace, strength, and confidence. For more than a decade, Kim has been artistic director of the Grant Street Dance Company, an intergenerattional modern dance company in Lancaster, PA. One of the challenges of her role as choreographer is to choose costumes which compliment dancers of diverse ages and body types. This experience has developed her eye for style, color, and proportion.
Before moving to Lancaster, Kim lived in New York City where she owned and directed Kimetics, a fitness studio for women. In addition to teaching classes, Kim worked privately with clients in the fashion and entertainment business. She coached models and TV personalities on the importance of maintaining proper alignment and balancing the body from the inside out.
Presently Kim lives and works in Lancaster as a dance educator, choreographer, and fitness advocate. She is the mother of three children and enjoys taking ballet classes and practicing yoga.
Erica Miller is a singer and an actress, whose love for film and theater has given her a distinctive eye for style and fashion. She is a Theater Arts graduate of Point Park University and a veteran of the audition process. Erica knows the importance of making a strong first impression. She has developed a personal style that commands attention by blending her love of color with modern and vintage clothes and accessories.
Always looking for a bargain, Erica has an uncanny ability to dress for success on a tight budget. Her wardrobe includes signature items from the department store sale racks, Salvation Army Family Store and the Goodwill Store. She once found a dress at J.C. Penney for one dollar that she wore to a friend's wedding.
Through her work with Defining Lines, Erica hopes to inspire young women to find their own style and present themselves in the best way possible. It doesn't take a lot of money to look like a million dollars. It takes a bit of creativity, a dash of courage, and a little help from a stylish diva like Erica!
